Before starting personal training, I offer a free intake consultation over the phone. We will discuss your goals, preferences and possibilities. You will also fill out a detailed questionnaire, which we will review during a session at my practice. During this appointment, I will conduct measurements, fitness tests and a frequency therapy analysis. Based on this consultation, we will create a personalized training plan. Additionally, you will receive customized nutritional advice, as nutrition and exercise go hand in hand.
Train Alone or Together?
At Spirit and Sports, you can choose between individual personal training or duo personal training. You can train with a friend or partner, motivating eachother to reach your full potential!
Training programs last 3 or 6 months, depending on the package you select. As your trainer, I will challenge, guide, motivate and support you every step of the way. It’s important that you commit fully to the process. As your training progresses, you will notice improved balance and overall well-being.
